Well, this is my second 60 Fury. My first was a hard top 4dr with many more options and a 313 wide block (Canadian motor). Very nice car. This is the second car which is now a replacement for the hard top. This is a 60 Fury sedan 4dr. First year slant 6 225 with a torque flight 6 904 push button transmission. First year uni-body (except for the one year only 1936 model Plymouth)with first year torsion bar front suspension and removable front fenders. Essentially the car is all original minus the Ford yellow paint an giant wheels. I have yet to see another 60 Fury, Savoy or Belevader in person so..... This car was restored but 20 some years ago and will be restored again this up coming year. For now I use the car for traveling the way it is and just love it. I get 23 mpg on the highway and 19 mpg in the city which is amazing for how old the car is and it's weight, 3600 lbs dry. I was going to replace the drivetrain with an 8 but instead the 6er is staying but getting a turbo update as the car is slow picking up after 80 miles an hour and does not like a head wind. Hope you like my ride and if you see another one please post it. Oh..anyone with knowledge on where to find salvageable or NOS parts, please let me know.
