About my Suburban

This interesting 1957 Plymouth Sport Suburban was brought to Canada from Arizona in 1984 ... the new owner never registered it and it sat in his barn until my friend Wally found it in 2003 ... and since he knows I love 57 Plymouths he passed the info on to me.  The car was only a couple of hundered miles away in Virden Manitoba, the owner Jack Chapman opened up the barn for Wally & I to see it .... and even with the years of dust & dirt, it was love at first sight.  Wally go her running and drove her  to my house ... show here the next day in front of my place (Green & White)  I didn't like the green and desided to have her painted Gold with the white sport tone ... now she looks great!  Her options include, 301 V8 A/T P/S and a radio ... WOW

I bought this car from a Vintage Car dealer in Osler Saskatchewan in July 2008.
I was going to drive it to BC (Sunshine Coast). Good thing I didn't because the master cylinder was full of sludge. I guess the only thing stopping it was the fluid remaining in the lines. Since the car arrived here (by carrier) I've replaced the dual exhaust to factory specs, replaced all the brakes (shoes drums master cyl) and got the proper rims for it.
This car is very similar to the one my parents bought new from Johnson Motors in Vancouver in 1957. Theirs was a Custom Suburban (Savoy) and was painted Pink Coral & white!
