hi there sweet 65 valiant my friend has a 66 convertible with a standered 273 motor its a yellow color. he is to change his to a hi pro 273 when he can find the parts.the car has a auto in it now.i was trying to get him to go with a 340 if he can find one. i have a 69 notchback barracuda ive owned for three yrs.it will be getting a69 340 tremic 5speed and 355 shure grip. the factory color is B5BLUE with white bucket seats. ive been a mopar man all my driving life sweet cars.

I kick myself to this day because I had a neighbor at the end of a dead end farm road that I lived on back in Pennsylvania in the early 90's that had a whole hillside full of early body Valiants and Barracuda's and a few other A-body's.
This was before I knew any better otherwise I would have snatched up all that I could get.Unfortunately his Wife had someone else come an haul all the cars away after he died.
I saw the trucks coming and going so I flew down to try to get my hands on something, but the lady said the guy bought all of them for a package deal.
they managed to find a 71 big block Road Runner in his barn boxed in by Valiants, and put it at the end of the road by my mailbox for three days just to tease me I think.
