This is my creation and what MOPAR should have built. My 73 GTX Superbird has no engine for now . But I have for it,but not installed yet a..400 dual quad, dual industrial Paxton superchargers. A lunati 292/492 bracketmaster cam, aluminum heads,a Boss Hog 4000 stall, and 4:56 8 3/4. This pic is about a year old. My GTX has a BRIGHT red interior, tinted windows and I installed 20" center knock-off spoke wheels with 295/45 tires on rear and 255 35's on front. A Dana 3:71 posi with disc brakes, I did ALL work myself, except sewing the seats. Sooo let me tell you about my car. I found this car while riding my bike through Pinellas Park Fl. There it was, sitting in the post office parking lot. A 1973 Satellite Sebring Plus. Sure it looked sad with saggy suspension, bent up bumpers and grill/headlight area, the doors looking like the car rolled backwards with it's doors open and had bent back into the fenders to the point of crushing the fenders. But I rode up to the car and looked inside. EGADS..torn up interior with several panels gone, but WAIT! Did I see a console? Slapstick shifter? power windows? A/C? A SUNROOF???? YEEEEHAAAA!!!! So I looked around the car while waiting for the owner to come out. Pretty much rust free, but dented. Finally he comes out. I ask him if he wants the deal of a lifetime. I said, I'll trade you my 86 Caddy Coupe De'ville (which had a huge dent in the driver's door)For this car, (I had only paid $500 for the caddy) Thankfully he said "Sure I was going to junk this car soon anyway".So he followed me back to the caddy. We drove to his house and traded titles. Within a week of owning the car, a neighbor told me he had a badly rotted out,six cylinder 74 satellite with a Road Runner hood that was missing the inserts. I bought that car for $75 and stripped it of every usable part I could. I then began my creation....

hey nice car. When i saw the picture i wasnt sure what i was looking at. Dont think you have enough suspension or tire to take the twin paxton superchargers but you will figure that out once you get it running and find out what 750+ hp is like. As far as the rating and comments I could not agree with you more. People look but are to lazy to comment. I guess they dont understand the word enthusiast. When they rate it they give it a low rating because it may be a car that they would not build as opposed to looking at the workmanship, labor, and dollars that went into the car. Check my challenger out. btw- 970 people viewed it and i have 5 comments and 3 have rated it. I may just take it off the site i am so disappointed in the response.

At one point the performance rating was a 3. It has 900 hp blown 528 ci hemi, a four link suspension with coil overs. Strange dual adjustable front shock and a 10 point cage. I did all of the work myself, paint, welding, built the engine. My interior was rated a 3. I guess because i dont have 1000 dollar seats. But that isnt the look i was going for. It is a prostreet car not a luxury cruiser. The exterior is a 3. What the f else could i do to the exterior. No dents, fresh paint etc. Obviously most of the people on this board have never actually built a car. If they had then they might appreciate our cars a little more. I will go rate yours right now. WTF? I take a POS Satellite, make it bad ass, give it a black paint job, bright red interior, hook it up with a supercharged big block with dual quads a 4000 rpm stall and some gears and i have a 3 1/2 rating? either you are just throw money at cars people or don't know what cool is.......

WOW!!!!! BAD ASS!!! I LOVE the black paint. The interior's color is WILD!. Best "Superbird" I've seen yet. Sure beats the self made 72 I've seen before. It ALMOST looks factory. Is that a sun roof I see and power windows? Is it a Satellite,Road Runner or GTX?DUAL PAXTONS???? WOW!Do the industrial Paxtons work well? Keep up the good work. Posts more pics when it's finished.
