She is a beauty! My dad had started to rebuild his car that he had parked for so many years. She was in pretty rough shape when he started. My mother had gotten this car a long time ago back when she was cherry. Years of weather took the toll. He knew it could be a long project but was determined to finish. About 6-8 months after starting the body work my dad was told that he had cancer. That was in July. The medicines and the treatment took its toll on him but he never gave up. Then on Oct 31 my grandmother, dads mother, was told the she had cancer. Devastating to dad and the family. My Grandmother passed in January 2007 and my dad passed on my grandmothers birthday of the same year, nov. 8,2007. The car came home 6 months to the day from the auto shop with new paint and a perfect body. My dad never got to see this car finished.
