My son and I are working on 71 Roadrunner together for a father son project. I bought it 4 years ago with no drive train in it. The car was a shell from someone else taking it apart and losing interest. Originally the car started life as a 383 auto 3 speed on the column. Now we have a 440 6-pack 5 speed in the beast. It's far from show quality now but I enjoy seeing my son dive into it and turning wrenches with me. When he turns 16 the keys will be his for his first car.

I also have an all original 73 Barracuda 318 with 20,000 miles. The car is straight as an arrow and has a blue exterior and black interior. The Barracuda is a numbers matching car with me as a the second owner.

For my daughter I have a 70 Challenger RT stored away. It's a humble car but all there with the original 383 4 speed drive train. It has brown exterior and black interior and I'm sure that color will change when she gets older. But I am looking forward to getting that car pounding pavment again soon.

Although it's not a Mopar and I love my Mopars! I have a 68 Pontiac Firebird. The car is fire engine red with black deluxe interior. She has a 455 putting out around 500 hp. The engine consists of Edelbrock highrise and RPM heads topped with a 950 Barry Grant holley. The internals are Eagle crank and rods with Ross race pistons and roller cam and lifters. The tranny now is a 3 speed with manual valve body. In the future I see a t-56 6 speed. My baby is no slouch but the best times are taking the family out for drives around the country side. I am far from rich and took a long time to get what I have. I owe alot to the most understanding wife ever. She puts up with alot from me. But if it wasn't for my wife being so understanding I would not have even half of what I do.
