New project for my wife. After we got it home and started to work on it, we found 2 compartments on each side of the driveshaft tunnel for drugs. What a pain to fix. I have to hand to the guys who did it, it was a good jod and not easy to find. They put a lot of work into it and I am putting a lot of work into it to fix it. Picked up a back half from the local junk yard for $600 for replacement tin work. I cut all the spotwelds and cleaned it all up. I'm going to double up the frame rails and then install the new floor pan. Spring relocation kit and tubs will be here next week. Once thats done I will cut down a B body 8 3/4 2" less then the A body and put it in. Up front will be a stroked 400 to 450 and a 727. I'm going this way because I don't want to cut the fenderwells for headers. planning a new custom dash, gages, seats, steering column. K-Motion front suspension.
