the 75 roadrunner Demo car at Bluin motors in Augusta,ME
the car was factory equipped with a 360-2 727auto on the floor 9-1/4 rear and moonroof

hopefully within a year i can replace the factory 360 with a 71 340 so i can hopefully get out there and eat up some rice burners and 350s haha

Keep the 360 I have run both and I can tell you the 340 is really handi-caped in a heavy car.
When I had a 340 in my b body mopar it ran a 13.42 best at 102.
With my 360 I have run 12.67 at 108, in the same car, you do the math.

There are not many of these left- I have a very solid project for sale with $2500 + of NOS parts! here goes-
Hi- Just in case you are looking for a '75 Road Runner- here is what I have:
Complete running car w/360. Everything was removed except window trim. 20 years ago to repaint. Something happened to the paint. Now the hood and a fender have surface rust and there are minor surface spots here and there .I bought the car to restore 4 years ago, and don't have the funds. I have tuned up the car, had the front end rebuilt, transmission serviced, carb rebuilt, and some minor things.
Here is the good part about this car- the second owner was a Mopar Parts manager. He collected NOS parts for it, and I have been buying some additional parts. The front seats have been recovered. I have everything to put this car back together. I have these NOS parts: 2 bumpers, Grill ( might be the only one in existence), front and rear light bezels and lights, wheel trim rings and caps, name plates, dash name plate, bumper guards and rubber trim,  markers , new carpet. Car has great interior.
It will need brakes, but stops OK now, will need to be striped, sealed, minor rust repair, and painted. I need to get my investment back out of it. If you priced each NOS piece individually, you would have much more in the car than I do. If you know of any '75 Road Runner fan, or are interested yourself, let me know. Car is in Maryland- Thanks, Dave

Wow -- You have exactly what I have dreamed of finding for years...a "time capsule" 75!!  She looks wonderful...and wonderfully equipped!!

Where and how did you find this great old girl??  The picture shows a hubcap on the front, not a Road Runner option--what wheels came on her to begin with?  Was she missing a headlight bezel?  I'd love to see more photos...I've never seen this particular color combo (silver with gold stripes) before.  What do you know of her life's story before you got her?

This car looks like something to treasure just the way she is...most all of the 75s, and Runners in general, got torn-up and trashed-out by idiots when they were new, or more accurately, when they were on their later owners, between the late 70s and about 1990.  Waaay too many went to scrap.  It's GREAT to see these photos...have fun taking care of the old bird!!
