I have always been a B-body man but i got my eyes up for these C's when i first saw a 1971 Sport Fury GT on Mopar nat's in Columbus,OH in 1999.
I started to look in to them but ended up with buying a B-body,a 1969 Plymouth Sport Satellite 2dr HT that i added a fresh 383HP engine, instead.
But i never forgot about the performance Sport Fury C's,so 2 years ago i found out it was time to start look for one and over the years i found out that i liked the 1970 Sport Fury GT best.
To find a decent car that didnt need total resto wasnt easy so i almost gave up.
But instead of giving up,i exspanded my search to also cover the GT lite, the S/23.
What i said to my self was that if i could find a car with the 383HP in it and buckets with console,i would go for it.
And one day in february 2007,there she stood.
I have never regret that i sold the B-body i had owned for seven years cause i have finaly found the right mopar muscle car for me, even if i still looking for that GT......

The GT in 1970 was made in 666 ex. and the S/23 was made in 689 ex. The S/23 was offerd in 1970 only.
